Please only use Restore MSI factory settings in F3 Recovery to restore your system. I only think, why should i pay extra money when the specified MSI factory reset blew up. Follow the steps in this video to use F3 recovery to restore the system back to factory defaults. If the capacity of your system disk, also known as OSInstall(C :) is not more than 128GB, Reset this PC in both Windows settings and F3 Recovery might not be working normally. One last thing i did was, before last restart i did that MSI Burn recovery to ISO files, and it saved on my external HDD 6 files with the name "recovery_dvd" (plus number like recovery_dvd2), but i dont know what to do with that. I searched the forums and found the same problem, the fix on those threads did not helped me. Went to the store were i bought it and they simply said, we need 40? to fix it or send it to MSI.HHAAAAAAAAAAA I bought an MSI GE73VR 7RE laptop a few days ago and was happy about it very much, until now.Īfter restarting the computer, i pressed the F3 key and was going to reset to factory on boot choosing the option "Restore MSI factory settings" and then "System Partition Recovery" but then it says on a popup window "Reagentc.exe set OS image false", and now i can't even load windows properly, it is always trying to automatically fix some problem. ![]()
